Clinical residency is one of the highest forms of professional training, the main objectives of which are:
Deepening professional knowledge and improving practical skills;
Professional development in accordance with the qualification requirements;
Development of innovative medical technologies and their implementation in practical healthcare.
The order of training in clinical residency is determined by the Instruction on order of organization and training in the clinical residency approved by the decree of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Belarus of 06.01.2009 № 2 "About establishment of terms of training in residency and the approval of the Instruction on order of organization and training in clinical residency" (with amendments according to the Decree of Ministry of health of the Republic of Belarus dated 12.06.2012 № 66).
Admission to the clinical residency Of the center for pediatric Oncology, Hematology and imuunology of specialist doctors from among the citizens of the Republic of Belarus at the expense of the national budget is carried out in accordance with the admission control figures approved annually by the order of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Belarus. Admission to the clinical residency for the training of medical specialists in excess of the approved admission control figures is carried out on a fee-based basis.
Admission of documents to the clinical residency and conducting entrance tests is carried out annually in may – July, the beginning of classes on September 1.
Admission of documents to the clinical residency of medical specialists from among foreign citizens and stateless persons who are legally staying in the Republic of Belarus is carried out on a paid basis throughout the calendar year.
The cost of training for foreign citizens for full - time training (24 months) is us $ 6,000 per year, for part - time training (36 months) - us $ 4,000 per year.
The cost of reagents and accommodation is paid additionally.
