Clinical and epidemiological analysis

The aim of the department is timely comprehensive analysis of existing trends in incidence, mortality and survival in malignant tumors in children, and ultimately - to improve the quality of medical care to children suffering from malignant neoplasms in Belarus
Medical rehabilitation

Department of medical rehabilitation is a unique department in the country. It aims at restoring the lost functions of children with oncological or hematological diseases. Early medical rehabilitation is given to patients at the time of special treatment, and after the treatment is finished, it is conducted 2-3 times a year by 2-weeks’ courses.
Radiological diagnostics

Radiology Department is represented by computerized tomography room (Spiral 128-slice CT Somaton Definition AS Siemens) and X-ray study room (X-ray set with digital flat panel detector system Multix M Simens).
Functional diagnostics

The doctors of this department have adapted and put in practice both modern techniques of research of blood circulation in brain, hemodynamics of veins at thrombosis complications and researches of renal- and hepatohemodynamics.
Surgery block

The primary goal of the surgery block is to preserve children population of the republic providing necessary surgical oncological help with the use of organ-preserving and function-sparing operative interventions against a background of an intense system-defined and locoregionary impact.
Intensive care

The intensive care unit is intended for children with the early signs of decompensation resulting from the treatment of their main disease. The 24-hours-a-day individual control of a patient’s state of health and the use of full set of intensive care activities allows to keep a life of a greater part of children, and then to continue special treatment.
Transplantation

The BMT-department has been planned for 8 patients and works with the maximal capacity of 45 transplantations per year. Since 1998 more then 500 Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) have been carried out.

The main task of the oncological (hematologic) department № 3 is to provide timely and professional assistance to patients with oncology and hematology diseases, primary immunodeficiency and with suspicion to these diseases.

Oncological-infectious №2

The main task of the oncological-infectious (hematologic) department № 2 is the treatment of children with oncology and hematology diseases, primary immunodeficiency and concomitant infectious pathology according to modern protocols.
Oncological № 1

The main task of the oncological (hematologic) department № 1 is to provide timely and professional assistance to patients with oncology and hematology diseases, primary immunodeficiency and with suspicion to these diseases.
Admission

The main task of the pigeon hole is to provide timely and professional assistance to patients with oncology and hematology diseases and primary immunodeficiency who come to the Belarussian Research Center for Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Immunology for the diagnosis and treatment.
Advisory and outpatient

The department renders the therapeutic and diagnostic assistance to children with oncology and hematology diseases and primary immunodeficiency, surgical and pediatric pathology, including infectious diseases. These children don’t need to around-the-clock service.
